Solution 1:
Delete NGC folder and add a new Pivot lawmaking
Get to C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local\Microsoft\NGC.

None of these is working and i dont have recovery options and i am stuck on lock screen. Please help

Cheers for the update. You were able to create an installation media from a different computer into a USB flash drive right? What is the fault message that you are getting when you try to boot from the USB drive?

Cheers for getting back. The issue is due to the BIOS way of your estimator. It is fix to UEFI. Boot into BIOS and set information technology to legacy and effort the repair again.
Here is how to boot into legacy mode:
In lodge to access BIOS on a Windows PC, yous must press your BIOS cardinal set by your manufacturer which could be F10, F2, F12, F1, or DEL.
One time there, navigate to the Boot section and replace UEFI with the Legacy (or Legacy BIOS) option.

In UEFI there is no Department Chosen Kicking . I can Only encounter System Data , Security , System Configuration, and Go out Sections Only.
